What is your return & exchange policy?
Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges. If any issues with your order arise, please email us at hello@north29candle.com so we can help find a solution.
What should I do if my candles arrive broken?
We're so sorry to hear that happened. Please email us at hello@north29candle.com with a picture of your broken candle and your order number, and we will get a replacement shipped out for you asap.
What should I do if it appears the carrier has lost my package?
We apologize and hate when this happens. Unfortunately lost packages can occur from time to time, especially so during busy holiday seasons. Once the package has left our facility, we no longer have control of the package. Please contact the carrier from your tracking first for them to begin an investigation on their end. If their investigation concludes that the package is lost, please start the claims process and we will take over from there, issuing a replacement shipment at that time.

Do you offer private label/custom scents?
Yes, we offer private label and custom fragrances for businesses or gifts. Please email us at hello@north29candle.com. Availability is limited throughout the year.
Candle Care
Trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting each time. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface. Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Always burn candle within sight and always keep out of the reach of children and pets.
